Terms of Service
Updated: Nov 5, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of www.roastmyapp.co and to the services you buy from Roast My App LLC ("Roast My App", "we", "us"). By using the site or buying a plan, you agree to them. Questions: [email protected].
Who we are
Roast My App LLC is a limited liability company registered in Cheyenne, Wyoming, United States: a mobile app monetization & CRO agency for consumer subscription apps.
Using the site
- The articles, frameworks, examples, diagrams and the Swipe File are there to inform you. They are general information, not advice for your specific app, and are provided as they are.
- Results described on the site (for example revenue lifts of other apps) are not a promise of the same result for your app.
- Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful.
- Links to other sites and tools (for example Figma, Tally, Stripe, ChatGPT or our partners) are governed by those services' own terms.
Our content
The text, frameworks (including the 11FA Monetization & CRO Framework), diagrams, images and design of the site belong to Roast My App LLC or its licensors. You are welcome to link to our pages and quote short passages with a credit and a link. Do not copy, resell or republish our content or resources as your own.
Free audits, the waitlist and who we work with
We review up to 5 free app audits per month. Every request joins a waitlist, and we qualify each app internally to see whether it is a good fit for us to work together. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee an audit or a project, and we may decline a request.
When requests exceed what we can review, the waitlist grows and we work through it at our own pace, so we cannot promise a date for your audit. If you would rather not wait, you can:
- book a free intro call, where we go through your app's audit live on the call; or
- start one of our paid plans, for example the 1:1 Advisory.
We specialize in consumer subscription apps, and we do not work with apps in these categories:
- gambling and betting apps;
- gaming apps;
- apps that promote sexual or adult content;
- music and entertainment apps;
- dating apps;
- any app that does not align with our moral and ethical values.
If your app is in one of these categories, we decline the request, including the free audit.
Our services
- Scope: each plan's scope, deliverables, timeline and price are described on the pricing page and confirmed with you in writing before work starts. Anything outside that scope is agreed separately.
- Prices and payment: prices are in US dollars and paid through Stripe. The fully-managed program is paid once up front or in 2 payments; the onboarding sprint and the single paywall/monetization experiment are one-time payments; none of them renews automatically. The 1:1 Advisory is billed monthly, month to month: you can cancel before the next renewal from your Stripe customer portal.
- Taxes: prices do not include taxes. If VAT, GST, sales tax or a similar tax applies in your country, you pay it.
Guarantees and refunds
We do not promise a specific revenue lift. Our guarantees are exactly these:
- Program: "We don't promise a number. But we do promise running extra experiments, completely free of cost until you achieve positive ROI on our services."
- Onboarding sprint: "Free 3rd onboarding iteration if neither variant beats your current onboarding on trial start rate, ARPU or LTV."
- Before kickoff: if you cancel before the kickoff call of a done-for-you plan, you get a full refund.
- After kickoff: payments are not refundable; the two guarantees above are your protection.
- 1:1 Advisory: you can cancel any time before the next renewal; the month already paid is not refunded.
- Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer laws that cannot be excluded.
Working together
- You give us the access, data and timely feedback the work needs. Delays on your side can move the timeline.
- You decide what ships in your app, and you remain responsible for your app, its compliance with App Store and Google Play rules, and the laws that apply to it.
- Experiments are measured with the metrics agreed in the plan. Results depend on your traffic, product and market, which we do not control.
- Third-party tools you use with us (for example RevenueCat, Superwall, Adapty, Purchasely or your analytics) are governed by their own terms.
Ownership of the work
Your app, your data and your brand stay yours. Once you have paid in full, you own the paywall and onboarding designs and code we create specifically for you. We keep our own methods, frameworks, templates and know-how, and we may reuse general learnings without your confidential data. We mention you as a client, or show the work as a case study, only with your written permission.
Confidentiality
We keep your non-public information confidential, use it only to deliver the work, and share it only with people who need it for that work. You do the same with our non-public materials and pricing you receive privately.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or revenue, and our total liability for a plan is limited to the fees you paid us for that plan.
Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms; the date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and the version in force when you bought a plan applies to that plan. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Before going to court, we both first try in good faith to settle any dispute by email; if that fails, the courts of the State of Wyoming have jurisdiction.
